- To get good results and help you loose 20 pounds, combine both the cardio and the weightlifting.
- Do the exercise first thing in the morning before you eat a meal, then stay one hour before eating to let the body burn stored fat.
This process worked for me, I was able to loose 4o pounds in six weeks. I hope it works for you.
