What is the best exercise to lose stomach fat?
I have tried many of the traditional exercises like sit ups and crunches to lose stomach fat. They worked, for sometime, but they did not provide a long lasting solution which was to have a flat tummy. In addition they are so painful and takes a long time to produce the desired result. I have since opted for other exercises to lose belly fat.
I call them contemporary belly fat blusters.
There are many exercises that you can use to loose stomach fat. They include but not limited to, weight lifting, belly dancing, leg presses and you can also use core abdominal trainers.
So what is the best exercise to lose belly fat.
The best exercsie to blast belly fat is weight lifting. When you lift weights you are working the muscles. You make the muscles burn fat. The good thing with working your core muscles is that you will continue to burn fat long after you have stopped the exercise.
The following are the most important things to consider when weight lifting to burn fat in the abs.
- Make sure you target the core abdominal muscles.
- Practice deep breathing to supply ample amounts of oxygen to the muscles.
- Make sure you progress with the weights gradually.
- Combine weight lifting with aerobics to help you lose stomach fat fast.
- Lift weight three to five times in a week.
- Give your body time to rest. Sleep well. Six to eight hours. This gives the body time to heal.
- Eat healthy. Take in good supply of fruits and veggies.
- Add more proteins in your diet to help build the muscles.
Weight lifting or weight training is one of the most intensive workouts and it is the best exercise to lose stomach fat.
However be warned, most people who start out to burn stomach fat do not get the results. This is because they do not target the core abdominal muscles.
