
How do I maintain lost weight?
I rarley exercise but I am on a diet in which i eat 1200 calories a day i am trying to get rid of 10 ponds and get back down to my previous weight of 120. Although I am afraid of losing weight on this diet and gaining it back. How many calories should I eat when I do not want to lose any more weight? Losing weight it easy for me maintaining it is the dard part.
