The fastest way to lose weight for me has been with weight lifting, I found it to be the best way to lose weight. I did some cardio and eat a heavy breakfast but the fastest way to lose weight for me came in the form of weight lifting. Lifting weights everyday for thirty minutes made my body burn more fat and I lost a lot of weight in a very short time. I must say that I mixed the weight lifting with cardio and it worked great. So do not waste your time on diet or diet plans that leave you hungry and starving for sweets, get down and grab some weights and you will see a big difference in your body soon.
