Can i loss weight by walking about 2-4 miles a day?

About 5 to 6 times a week?
Could i loss fat on my stomach, and loss weight just by fast walking?

getting your heart rate up is always good for losing weight- but it won’t help you necessarily to lose localized fat (as in, just on your tummy). walking is a great first step, but healthy food intake, water consumption, and a variety in exercise is key.
