Many people struggle with weight loss and especially losing the weight around the belly area. It is the most stubborn area. You can easily shed off pounds but still have this part of the body bulging, all so determined never to go away.

I have been there. I am actually one of those people who can easily lose weight in six weeks but have an issue with the belly fat.

I tend to think it is inherited. Seems everyone in my family has that problem.

Having had belly fat weight lose problem in my genes. I have come up with some ideas that quickly help me reduce the bulge.

I am always struggling with how to lose belly fat.

Walk with the stomach muscles tucked in. I learnt this is high school. One of the teachers shared with us.

You can walk with your stomach muscles tightened. This helps to reduce the bulge and at the same time exercising the stomach muscles.

When doing any cardio work out make sure the stomach muscles are tightened.

For example have a brisk walk daily with the stomach muscles tightened.  When walking to get some weight loss going make sure you have a brisk walk.  Walk with a mission that is what I call it.

Do not just stroll around and think that wil help to lose weight.

Another thing is to try incorporating some running in your weight lose regime. This is the one thing that really helped me cut the belly fat. I do not like sit up and stomach crunch since once I stop them the bulge come back with a bang.

However with running, I tuck in my stomach muscles and as I lose weight in the other parts of the body  while I am shrinking my belly size.

The other cool idea that helped me is lifting weights.  Many women cringe at this, however I found out that it is one of the ways that can make you have a quick weight loss.

This is beacuse you get to exercise the muscles and they burn fat for a very long time even when done withthe exercise.

Lifting dumb bells should not  be hard, You can start with very small weights. Get some videos from you tube on weight lifting and use them. That is what I did. You do not need expensive equipments or programs.

When lifting the weighs make sure your stomach muscles are tightened , This way you are killing two birds with one stone. As you lose weight in other parts of the body. You will also be losing the belly fat and shrinking your stomach size.

As you can see from the above it is very easy to have some weight loss going for you in a cheap and easy way.

Walking, running and weight lifting are weight lose solutions that you can start in a small way and build them up as you go . The good thing is that they easily help with losing belly fat.

If you incorporate those with a healthy diet you will be on your way to good health.
