There are many different ways to lose weight. However many people including myself are always interested in knowing how to lose weight fast. This then call for one to know the best way to lose weight. And believe me there are many ways to lose weight, hundred of ways, some practical and some are not.  In all the ways you must dig in to find  a fast way to lose weight. This is because adding weight is very easy it sometimes happens almost instantly in a few weeks.

I would like to share some three ways to lose weight fast. They are very practical and easy ways to implement.

Have a brisk walk or a run for thirty minutes three times a week. This is easy to implement. I did this and together with other nutrition changes, I lost forty pounds in six weeks. It is not walking or running daily, it is walking or running three times a week. Anyone who can walk can do this.  If  someone thinks this is hard to do then they should visit my country Kenya, people walk daily, there are no options. It is part of your lifestyle. If you want to be healthy then incorporate this into your lifestyle and you will never regret. It must be a brisk walk or running that will make you sweat anything short of that and you will not see any difference. in your body weight.

Secondly,drink a protein smoothie every morning. Breakfast is important that is a known fact. To make it a weight loss weapon add a protein smoothie in the morning and you cut your cravings of sweet unhealthy foods into half. Even if you do not like the taste of the protein powder, drink it in addition to your normal breakfast meal. Trust me this works. Find a good smoothie recipe and add in as much fruits and vegetables as you want. The base should include,  a cup of plain yogurt, a banana, some frozen berries, protein powder and fresh fruit juice. You can then make it to fit your taste.

When implementing ways to lose weight fast sometimes the weight seems not to go away. I suggest you  try fasting. Fasting breaks the weight loss block and helps the body to start breaking down more fat. You can easily do a water fast for one day and then get back to your normal regime. For fasting to be effective, you should not eat sugary food after the fasting. Make sure you eat vegetables like spinach and fruits like berries after the fast.

Those are the three ways that really helped me to lose weight fast when I had problems with my weight. I hope this helps to people who are concerned with their weight.
