What is the best way to lose weight as a 13 year old girl?

I’m 13 and want to lose weight over summer and was wondering how much I could lose and what is the best way; eat less or exercise more? I have 8 weeks to come back a thin beauty for next year!

im 13 too! in the 4-5 days ive lost 10 pounds..NO LIE! thas about 2 to 3 pounds a day. and here is how to do it. It worked for me and i hope it works for you! STAY STRONG! its hard but if you really want this read the instructions below.

Before even starting to lose weight you need to find a *motivation* wheather your trying to snag a hot guy/girl or you want to look good in a bathingsuit, you NEED motivation. without it you WILL not be able to lose weight. you have to really want it!

Here are some weird but totally effective tips….
1. Smell an orange or pomagranite..the acids given of tell your system to attack fat bodies. (this is true) but dont expect this to work alone.. you must still diet
2. take a Bath and put enzyme salt in it…it literally melts away fat and flattens a bloated stomach.

WATER! water fills you up and will do the same thing for you as food will. but on the occasion you must eat!!! eat fruits and vegtables ONLY become a vegitarian…only for two weeks though!…laim right? but heres the thing you will be so full on water you wont be hungry all the time. never try to starve yourself…it actually make you gain weight. when you do that your body tries to store the fats instead of get rid of them…water tricks your body into thinking its full and it will get rid of them. plus with all that weight loss your skin will become saggy and totally not worth it..but water helps plump and hydrate the skin preventing saggy skin and or the ocasional streatch markss.

anothe thing you must do unless you take a weight loss pill is exsercise…u need to excersice and average of 30mins a day. if you donat excersise the weight will gain back quickly…but to keep it off you must EXCERSISE. its only 30mins and its not that bad.

eat lightly. eat FRUITS AND VEGGIES ONLY!!!!!! its two weeks i think youll survive..if you really wany to do this eat fruits and veggies only for two weeks (or more if you choose) and water only! Breakfast lunch and dinner will be WATER….with a small cup of fruits and vegtables
