does the acai berry/green tea fat burn diet work?

i was wondering if this diet works? i am really interested in it i have a couple i know who have tried it and were pleased but i wanted to hear from a couple other people. It is only $15 where i am going to getr it but i really want to hear some reviews??

From what I have read, acai berry is very very overrated. Green tea on the other hand, is good for weight loss because you are intaking more water while making your metabolism faster. I would say a green tea diet w/o the acai berries.

burn the fat feed the muscle
If i’m eating just enough to feed my muscles(1300 calories/day), should I have much waste?

Also, when i’m exercising, is my body burning off fat/stored sugars at first, or the food that i’m ingesting?

Your body usually burns off the stored sugars fat first. Also, I don’t think you’d have much waste if you’re using up all the calories you’re intaking.

burn the fat
What is a really good way to burn fat off of my inner thighs?

I go to the gym, but i don’t know any good exercises, or some good machines to use to burn fat specifically off of my inner thighs. Any help please?

Unfortunately, you can’t focus your weight loss on one particular part of your body. You can get a lot of aerobic exercise (which is a good way to lose weight) by running, jogging, swimming, biking, kick boxing, etc, etc, etc….. but doing heavier leg exercises (like squats and lunges) will actually do more to bulk up your legs, which will make them look bigger.

As you burn fat, you will burn it throughout your body. As you slim down your legs, you will also slim down your stomach, arms, and everything else.

burn the fat Feed The Muscle Review?

Has anyone used Tom Venuto’s burn the fat feed the muscle?

I’ve found a review here:

http://www.squidoo.com/burnthefatfeedthemuscle_review

How is this program?

It definitely works. I’ve been doing it for 2 years now and have lost over 100 lbs. And I’m even “bending” the rules!

Honestly, even if you don’t plan on going on the “diet” (although lifestyle change is a more appropriate term) the book itself is so full of good information on nutrition, its a great read. It answers almost every question you could have regarding nutrition and excercise.

The other great thing about it is when you buy it, you get to join the “Inner Circle” for 1 dollar (for the first 30 days, then 10$ a month after). There are other great articles and the forum is great as well. I highly recommend it.
