The joints get well oiled. your brain activity increases, you will release endormorphins into the system, it helps to relives stress. In addition sweating is one way to get rid of toxins from the body. Let us just say in one sentence that if you include exercise in your weight loss program you will be move motivated to stay on track.

What are some ideas on how to lose weight fast.

Having had three children, six months after delivery I am always looking to find out how to lose weight. Though dieting and taking diet pills are touted as the best ways on how to lose weight quickly. I always found out that they do not work best for me. The best ways are those that do not alter the body mechanism.

So here are some ways on how to lose weight quick.

I like to call them three weight loss quick fixes. And they are beneficial to your body.

Accept that you have to be healthy. Weight loss like any undertaking in life starts with a change in mindset. If you want to loose weight, make it clear with written points on why you want to loose weight. If you change your mind, you will change your body.

Be bold with your weight loss goals. If you are fearful that you will not shed the weight you will not. Set realistic bold goals and follow them through.

The third point, is to be creative. creativity is what will make you stick with your weight loss plan. Here are some ways to be creative.

  • Have a brisk walk for ten minutes three times a day. Instead of one big walk, make it small intensive workouts three times in a day.
  • Find out recipes that will make your vegetables more palatable.
  • Add a little honey and apple cider vinegar in your water and drink more water all through the day.
  • Go shopping when you have eaten a meal, so that you do not buy junk on your way out.

Find out your own ways to be creative. creativity is one of the ways on how to lose weight quickly.

Be warned most people who start out on a weight loss program give up very easily. This is because they start on a wrong footing and position themselves for failure. In addition to other activities make sure you pay attention to the three points.

Other than physical appearance I have been affected by being overweight. In that regard, I have always wanted to know how to lose weight fast. Most of the diets and pills touted to help you lose weight are sometimes detrimental to the body. This is why even though I want to know how to lose weight quickly, I also want to be safe.

So what are some of the ways on how to lose weight quick that are safe and effective.

I like to call them the concrete foundations of weight loss.

Begin by Incorporating an exercise plan that allows at least fifteen minutes workout a day like brisk walking, running, swimming, jogging and dancing.

Secondly be real set realistic weight loss goals. The ability to focus and have proper mindset enables you to lose weight fast. Make monthly goals, not weekly. With monthly goals, you can see results and move on, with weekly goals you will lose hope fast if you see no progress.

Thirdly listen to your body. Each and everyone’s body metabolism reacts differently to different weight loss programs and plans.

Fourth, consume more fibers. Fibers will make you full sooner and stay in the tummy longer, slowing down the rate of digestion. Whole grain bread, whole grain pasta and whole grain rice, vegetables and lentils are good fiber choices.

Fifth,keep away from fried foods. They contain large amounts of unhealthy fat. Eat grilled or steamed food. Fried food will slow down your weight loss goals, as they keep on piling the fat.

Sixth: Takes lots of water. Drink at least six to eight glasses of water a day. It helps to burn more calories if you are hydrated.

Be warned, most people who are trying to find out how to lose weight do not follow through with their weigh loss goals. Why? They do not pay attention to the concrete building blocks mentioned and more effective long lasting actions.

What are the best ways to lose weight naturally?

Okay, well…lately I have been really letting my weight get to me. I have tried to view myself as a great person no matter what, but I still seem to feel sad about it. I’m 15, about 5 foot 2, female, and my weight is somewhere around 185 pounds. I have heavy bones so I don’t exactly look like 185 pounds…I probably look more like 170, but none the less I am still obese. I really don’t eat much sugar. Within the last month or so I have been trying to stick to 10 grams of sugar or less a day, and exercised maybe a half an hour a day (better than nothing I guess) which I thought was a good way to start, but I haven’t seen any results and I am resenting all of this extra baggage because I would really like to be able to fit back into the juniors section of clothes, and I don’t want to get diabetes or be at risk for medical conditions any more. Any advice would be very appreciated :)

Welcome, this is yet another post in my ongoing series of my six week weight loss program. This is week five and here I will combine all the strategies together to offer you a quick weight loss strategy. In summary we have been through the following steps.

Wk1 how to lose weight in six weeks-the plan

Wk 2 Breakfast smoothie to reduce cravings and help lose weight.

Wk 3 Intensive cardio workout to help body burn fat and lose weight fast.

Wk4 Weight lifting for continuous weight loss.

In week 5 I want to combine week two to week four together into a daily schedule.

If you follow my strategies, then I suggest that you do the exercise in the morning for two very practical reasons. You will burn more fat, since you do the exercise before eating, you are using stored fat and in addition doing the exercises in the morning makes you get it out of your mind and over with. You will feel more energized and feel good that you have taken care of YOU before you take care of others, and this is a good thing.

So here is the plan.

Waking up and drinking your water, warm water, add some lemon if you feel like it. Getting out of the door and doing a good running or walking for thirty minutes, sweat, sweat and sweat.

Then in reference to weight loss with weight lifting in week three. Do some weight lifting for another twenty minutes. Make sure the arms get spaghetti to continue burning fat the whole day.

Drink plenty of fluids and wait for one hour before eating.

Make the super duper weight loss-reduce cravings breakfast smoothie and drink before you take your coffee or tea. Avoid all sugar filled, empty calorie, mystery stuff, like doughnut and soda. If you must have something sweet, the try dried fruits or orange juice.

This is how I was able to lose weight in six weeks. Weight loss is an honor to your body and your body will love you for giving that honor.

This is week four on my six week weight loss program. We have covered week one which is the laid out plan on how to lose weight in six weeks and week two is my famous weight loss breakfast smoothie. In week three I looked at working out with cardio, one of the fastest ways to lose weight fast. In week four I will share with you how I incorporated weightlifting to help me lose weight and move from dress size sixteen to dress size eight in six weeks. It is my sincere hope that this will help you, like it did for me.

After two weeks of intensive cardio and continuously taking the breakfast smoothie which helped reduce my cravings, I started doing some weight lifting. I had never before done any weight lifting so I started with light weight dumbbells and moved on to heavier ones as I went one. There is no rule here.

There are many workouts that you can do, I got my work out ideas online and by reading books like the and then doing them. The one thing I did was to lift the weights until my arms went spaghetti, this means that my arms could not carry anything anymore, the muscles are done. Here is a simple work out from you tube that I do, it is easy and works really well even for women.

Important: Just like in the intensive weight loss cardio, make sure you lift the weights until your arms get so weak, this way your muscles will continue burning the fat, long after you have stopped doing exercises, it will burn fat the whole day, that is the joy of lifting weights. Another thing with weight lifting is to do them while your stomach is tucked in, contract the stomach, this helps lose belly fat. I will discussing more about belly fat later.

This is week three of my ongoing series the six week journey to lose weight. To lose weight in six weeks requires an intensive cardio. This is the best way I know of to lose weight fast. In the first week of this series we talked about setting the stage to start the weight loss program, in the second week I talked about my weight loss breakfast smoothie.

Combined with the firts two weeks wisdom, cardio workouts can accelerate fat loss in the body. Cardio will not maintain the fat loss in the long haul but to lose weight fast, start with a good cardio workout and you will not regret.

So here is my cardio quick weight loss plan/regiment.

Wake up at 5.30am and do my meditation.

Drink a glass of warm boiled water at six and get out of the door.

In first few days, do some walking, walk very fast, a brisk walk for one hour.  Do this twice a day, the first days.

I then come back into the house at seven and drink another glass of warm boiled water.

Wait for one hour and then take the breakfast smoothie.

After doing this for four days, get into the gym or outdoors and start some running. I combine running with walking but my goal is to sweat out and exhaust my body. I do this before the heavy breakfast and wait for one hour after the exercise before eating<—–You must do this to lose weight fast. IF you eat before exercise or immediately after the you will not lose the weight fast.

You cannot go wrong with this weight loss plane the fist week. This works, it has worked for me and a group of my friends. A morning work out is easier and much more efficient. Once you start running, make the last stretch a  sprint. Make sure you get so tired that you cannot even stand, exhaust your body.

If you want to lose weight in six weeks, do not stroll or jog. Walk very briskly and try to run always. I know, I know, some people are now giving up, saying this is too hard, it is not practical or healthy. Well the only unhealthy thing here is the bad things we are eating. Running and walking is part of people’s lifestyles all over the world. It is a what makes people survive in remote areas.

If you are healthy, do this and lose weight. You trick your body to burn the fat, Get it so exhausted that there is no way out but burn stored fat to provide you with energy. In the one hour after the work out, you can stretch, drink more and more water but do not eat anything with SUGAR. You can also drink water mixed with apple cider vinegar. 80z milk, juice or water

1 tbs flax seed oil.

1 cup unsweetened yogurt.

Blend it all up and take. You can take in addition to your breakfast but to reduce calories intake and help your body burn fat, it is advisable that you avoid doing that.
