Having had three children, six months after delivery I am always looking to find out how to lose weight. Though dieting and taking diet pills are touted as the best ways on how to lose weight quickly. I always found out that they do not work best for me. I like to call them three weight loss quick fixes. And they are beneficial to your body.

Accept that you have to be healthy. Weight loss like any undertaking in life starts with a change in mindset. If you want to loose weight, make it clear with written points on why you want to loose weight. If you change your mind, you will change your body.

Be bold with your weight loss goals. If you are fearful that you will not shed the weight you will not. Set realistic bold goals and follow them through.

The third point, is to be creative. creativity is what will make you stick with your weight loss plan. Here are some ways to be creative.

  • Have a brisk walk for ten minutes three times a day. Instead of one big walk, make it small intensive workouts three times in a day.
  • Find out recipes that will make your vegetables more palatable.
  • Add a little honey and apple cider vinegar in your water and drink more water all through the day.
  • Go shopping when you have eaten a meal, so that you do not buy junk on your way out.

Find out your own ways to be creative. creativity is one of the ways on how to lose weight quickly.

Be warned most people who start out on a weight loss program give up very easily. This is because they start on a wrong footing and position themselves for failure. In addition to other activities make sure you pay attention to the three points.

Fourth, consume more fibers. Fibers will make you full sooner and stay in the tummy longer, slowing down the rate of digestion. Whole grain bread, whole grain pasta and whole grain rice, vegetables and lentils are good fiber choices.

Fifth,keep away from fried foods. They contain large amounts of unhealthy fat. Eat grilled or steamed food. Fried food will slow down your weight loss goals, as they keep on piling the fat.

Sixth: Takes lots of water. Drink at least six to eight glasses of water a day. It helps to burn more calories if you are hydrated.

Be warned, most people who are trying to find out how to lose weight do not follow through with their weigh loss goals. Why? They do not pay attention to the concrete building blocks mentioned and more effective long lasting actions.
