fat loss 4 idiots? DON’T DO IT!! I’ve been on it for 11 days, and have only lost 3 lbs!!!?

My wife and I thought we’d start a diet plan to loose some belly fat, etc. I’m 35 years old, and lead an active lifestyle. The diet plan of choice, “Fat Loss 4 Idiots”. Well, I believe that you have to be an idiot to buy into this “diet plan”. This was an actual day’s meal plan: Peanuts and walnuts for a meal?? Really?? Turkey slices and Orange Roughy for another meal?? Third meal: a bowl of pinto beans?? Finally, shrimp and boiled eggs for your final meal?? Ewe!

GROSS!!! Basically, never eat until you’re full. That’s the over all plan. DUH! Ask yourself, “Is giving someone $40 online a good diet plan?? I might lose a pound or two because I’m just sick that SOMEONE out there has my $40 and all I have is a meager 3 lb. loss, probably all water weight, and an uneasy feeling in my belly from eating all these crazy food combinations.
