i keep seeing adds for the acai berry deit i dont know much about it but my local coffee shop has a smoothie with them in it, does that mean if i drink it often and excercise and diet i might loose weight?

How long does a body go with out food before it starts burning BODY fat?

If you stop eating food for a while, eventually, your body begins to burn at the fat stored up in the body. How long would someone have to go with out food before that happens? A day?
I was asking because one time I went 2 days with no food and I was wondering what it might have done to my body. Not because I want to starve myself skinny guys ;P

Your body will run normally for 72hrs without food before going into starvation mode. At that point, your body will assume there is no food coming,and it will lower your metabolism so that you burn less calories throiugh out the day, Then it will start burning lean muscle mass for energy. This will leave you with a flabby appearance, even though you are losing weight and getting smaller. That is why you have to weight train when you diet, so you don’t lose muscle. That is also why people who diet, then regain weight, end up looking wors in the end. Because they lost muscle and gained fat. One pound of fat takes up more space than on pound of muscle. So if some one lost 15lbs of muscle and then gained 10lbs back of fat, they may end up wearing a bigger pants size, even though technically, they lost 5 lbs.

How long being on the Acai Berry diet pill do you start seeing results?

I’ve been on the Acai berry diet pill for around 5 days now. I’m just wondering how long it takes till you begin to lose weight or see results? Anybody whose started these pills or experienced with them maybe you can help me answer this question?

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Yes. And it works! I went from 122 lbs when I got pregnant to 160 when I went in to be induced, and after I had him, I was still 142 for the longest time (which is pretty chunky on my 5 foot 4 small frame) this diet paired with the will power necessary to follow it and I lost lots. I kept doing the cycle until I was where I wanted to be. Right now, I’m 108!
