Having a cold is tough and it is very common for people to try and  find ways to cure a cold fast.

As I am writing my husband has a cold and my daughter had a cold two days ago but it was gone in two days.

I have found three quickest ways on how to cure a cold fast and they work all the time.

Take cod liver oil, yes the fish oil. You find it in the supplement sections of the grocery store. This oil has omega three and vitamin A which are great immune boosters.

You can also order it online from amazon if you can wait or if you do not find it in your nearest grocery store.

The second thing is to add vitamin C. Vitamin C can help cure a cold fast if taken in high doses when one is having a cold. Take 500mg of vitamin C every three hours until you start feeling better. Vitamin C is not toxic and the excess are simply eliminated from the body. Get Vit C that is not sweetened and should be fast acting.

Drink plenty of fluids, mainly water and avoid any sugars. Water helps cleansing the system and also boosts the action of vitamin C.

This is how I help my children, my husband and myself to reduce the period that we have a cold.
