I am a 28 year old guy. I had a serious knee operation 4 weeks ago and I will be on crutches for another 4-5 weeks as I can’t put any weight on my left leg. I can’t run properly or ride a bike for a few months either. I have noticed that I am putting on weight (I have started to have excess body fat on my waist, chest and face for a few months but I have never been fat).
