Okay, well…lately I have been really letting my weight get to me. I have tried to view myself as a great person no matter what, but I still seem to feel sad about it. I’m 15, about 5 foot 2, female, and my weight is somewhere around 185 pounds. I have heavy bones so I don’t exactly look like 185 pounds…I probably look more like 170, but none the less I am still obese. I really don’t eat much sugar. Within the last month or so I have been trying to stick to 10 grams of sugar or less a day, and exercised maybe a half an hour a day (better than nothing I guess) which I thought was a good way to start, but I haven’t seen any results and I am resenting all of this extra baggage because I would really like to be able to fit back into the juniors section of clothes, and I don’t want to get diabetes or be at risk for medical conditions any more. Any advice would be very appreciated

Welcome, this is yet another post in my ongoing series of my six week weight loss program. This is week five and here I will combine all the strategies together to offer you a quick weight loss strategy. In summary we have been through the following steps.
In week 5 I want to combine week two to week four together into a daily schedule.
If you follow my strategies, then I suggest that you do the exercise in the morning for two very practical reasons. You will burn more fat, since you do the exercise before eating, you are using stored fat and in addition doing the exercises in the morning makes you get it out of your mind and over with. You will feel more energized and feel good that you have taken care of YOU before you take care of others, and this is a good thing.
So here is the plan.
Waking up and drinking your water, warm water, add some lemon if you feel like it. Getting out of the door and doing a good running or walking for thirty minutes, sweat, sweat and sweat.
Drink plenty of fluids and wait for one hour before eating.
Make the super duper weight loss-reduce cravings breakfast smoothie and drink before you take your coffee or tea. Avoid all sugar filled, empty calorie, mystery stuff, like doughnut and soda. If you must have something sweet, the try dried fruits or orange juice.
This is how I was able to lose weight in six weeks. Weight loss is an honor to your body and your body will love you for giving that honor.
If you need help, there are some online weight loss programs that can help you stay on track, they have forums and places people do exchange ideas. Some of the online program that you can check and sample are these;

If you feel you have no physical support from friends and family, then online forums are the best places to be.

In my quest to know the best way to lose weight and how to lose weight fast I found out that the first step towards these goals is acceptance. Accepting oneself is key.
It is bad to start your weight loss goal on a platform of self hatred or self denial. Knowing who you are is very crucial to the success of your weight loss goals.
I know this may not be easy or welcoming for some, but I know so many people spend their whole life trying to be someone else instead of focusing on the beauty that they have and working to make themselves better, even through losing weight. One of the best way to lose weight is to accept the skin you are in first and then take action.
Acknowledge your weak points. If you are not able to lose weight because you cannot control your appetite, accept that and deal with it. If you eat too much due to emotional turmoil, jot that down in your mindset and find out how to make your life better first and then try to lose the weight.
So, before you get into a new diet plan or try out new pills, sit down and do some acceptance exercise. Trust me this is one of the best ways to start out in any undertaking in life.
Acceptance does bring out the good the bad and the ugly on the table.
Find out how much overweight you are and accept it, avoid excuses.
Find out your wrong eating habits and accept them as the ones causing havoc on your body.
Accept the fact that you hate to exercises as much as you know it will help you lose weight and then find out some creative ways to exercise.
Look also for your strong points. If you love to cook at home, if you love fruits and vegetables, if you know you can exercise. Acknowledge the strong points and use those towards reinforcing your weight loss goals.
Many people do start out with the good intentions in their weight loss goals but they are based on some plan that worked out for somebody else and may not work for them.
You cannot hide from yourself you are who you are and accepting that will make you not fail in your weight loss goals. It may not be easy for some people to do this but it is not an impossible task. It just requires some scheduled time and mental work.
Having recognized both your negative and positive points then, sure it is time for your to get the best way to lose weight out there and work on it. For me the best way that I used to shed pounds was to exercise forty five minutes every day six day a week. I only stuck on the program because I admitted that I had eaten tons of hot dogs and drunk liters of sprite that made me weigh more.
I accepted myself and started out on my way to a successful weight loss journey that took twelve weeks and I moved from skirt size sixteen to skirt size eight and I have never gone back. I can say with confidence that acceptance is the best way to lose weight.

Secondly,drink a protein smoothie every morning. Breakfast is important that is a known fact. To make it a weight loss weapon add a protein smoothie in the morning and you cut your cravings of sweet unhealthy foods into half. Even if you do not like the taste of the protein powder, drink it in addition to your normal breakfast meal. Trust me this works. Find a good smoothie recipe and add in as much fruits and vegetables as you want. The base should include, a cup of plain yogurt, a banana, some frozen berries, protein powder and fresh fruit juice. You can then make it to fit your taste.
When implementing ways to lose weight fast sometimes the weight seems not to go away. I suggest you try fasting. Fasting breaks the weight loss block and helps the body to start breaking down more fat. You can easily do a water fast for one day and then get back to your normal regime. For fasting to be effective, you should not eat sugary food after the fasting. Make sure you eat vegetables like spinach and fruits like berries after the fast.
Those are the three ways that really helped me to lose weight fast when I had problems with my weight. I hope this helps to people who are concerned with their weight.
