For years commercials, television and infomercials have conditioned people to believe that fat loss will be proportional throughout the body once your weight is lost. This cannot be further from the truth, since most of us know that even if we lose our desired weight naturally there always is excessive fat around the stomach area. So how would one lose stomach fat fast? The answer is exercise and following a proven, natural and healthy diet plant. Keywords here being Natural and Proven. I discuss and review the plan which I and many celebrities use to lose weight on my site in more detail but to be brief I lost 53LBS within 5 months, more importantly got rid of excess fat on my stomach area. I do not know about you, but it took me a very long time to find out how to lose stomach fat. For some reason the fat around my midsection would not just go away. I tried the sit ups and crunches and they worked, but only for a time. In addition they were too painful for me to bear.

So what is the best way on how to lose fat around the stomach?

I call them belly fat busters.

The best way to burn stomach fat and lose fat in general is weight lifting or weight training. Weight lifting makes the muscles burn stored fat and the burning goes on even when you have stopped the exercises.

To burn stomach fat, make sure you do weight lifting three to five times in a week. If you are also trying to lose weight, combine this with your other wight loss activities like running or jogging.

Make sure, you practice good deep breathing techniques to help burn that deep fat around the belly area. In addition do the lifting with the tummy muscles contracted, this way you will train your stomach muscles to tighten always.

Secondly drink more and more water. Water helps to facilitate fat burning in the body. To make your water more powerful, add in apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is known to speed up body metabolism and thus help you burn stomach fat.

Finally eat more fiber. Fiber will make you eliminate more and thus give the stomach a flat appearance. Fiber also helps to keep you full for a very long time, thus reducing calorie intake. Foods full with fiber include, whole grains, fresh vegetables and beans.

Be warned, most people who start out to lose fat around stomach do not achieve their goal. Why, because they do not target the fat around the belly area. In addition to healthy eating and other exercise, make sure you pay attention to the three mentioned points.

This is an easy exercise but first you need to know how to contract your abdominal crunches. Again for this exercise you will need your exercise mat. Lay on your side depending on what side you prefer to do first. Suppose you are to exercise your right side first what you have to do is to stretch your right hand upwards and then gently raise your leg upwards until you contract your oblique after doing this 10-15 times try doing it on the other side.
