They may be hard to adjust to the first few days but once you are used to them them it is a breeze. If you combine the resistance bands and the stability ball and do ten minutes of each morning and evening, after six weeks you may start to lose some belly fat. However it depends on individuals and how they use the equipments. The resistance bands are pretty cheap and they also come with workout planners and workout videos that you can use.

Finally use the hand weights for simple weight lifting at home. Weight lifting will make you burn fat for a very long time, so make sure you incorporate it in your exercise plan. You do not have to us the hand weight daily though.

I do not know about you, but it took me a very long time to find out how to lose stomach fat. For some reason the fat around my midsection would not just go away. I tried the sit ups and crunches and they worked, but only for a time. In addition they were too painful for me to bear.

I call them belly fat busters.

The best way to burn stomach fat and lose fat in general is weight lifting or weight training. Weight lifting makes the muscles burn stored fat and the burning goes on even when you have stopped the exercises.

Weight lifting, that is what helped me with belly fat after trying all the other painful methods. Thirty minutes cardio and thirty minutes weight lifting early in the morning one hour before breakfast and within six weeks you will have lost weight about thirty pounds. That was my experience, I hope it helps.
