Are you looking for quick ways to lose weight before the summer?

I have had those moments when I did not want to expose any part of my body during the summer due to the massive amount of fat I added on my hips and tummy during the winter months.

There are many ways to lose weight fast. Some are safe and others very detrimental to the body. Though touted as one one of the best ways to lose weight, fad diets and some diet pills are not the best choice. They may work for some and they may seem as easy ways to lose weight but they are definitely not long lasting.

So what are some of the quick ways to lose weight before the summer months?

I call them summer quick weight loss helpline.

Even if you hate it, get some exercise. Well let us not call it exercise, why not and honor to your body. Thirty minutes of cardiovascular everyday is an honor to your body. Running, jogging or brisk walking will make you loose weight fast. If you can do this for six weeks you will start losing weight.

Do some weight lifting. If you can add weight lifting to your cardio, you are on the right on track. Weight lifting will let you burn fat fast, even belly fat.

I had a big issue with belly fat, did the crunches and the like. It was until I used weights, which I had never used before, that I saw a huge difference in my belly size.

Be warned, many people who start out trying to loose weight before the summer, give up and end up scared to go swimming and have fun. You do not have to be one of them. The two mentioned helplines are easy to implement.

In addition make sure you eat the right kind of fat burning foods, you sleep right and stay hydrated.
