
What is this low calorie diet doing to me?
At the moment I’m eating about 400 calories a day and exercising off about 300.
It’s nothing I know. But i need to lose 6 pounds a week.
I’ve been on it for about a week and have lost about 5.
Can you tell me what else Im doing to my body by doing this?
It’s not a huge deal. Some people cant handle not much food, others can.
