
How can I effectively lose weight (fat) without exercise?
I am thinking ahead to after I have the baby. I want to lose weight, but do not want to exercise because I’ve never been able to maintain any exercise regime and find it more stressful than anything to keep up with something I hate. Anyways, how, through diet alone, do you lose weight?
Well to lose weight all you have to do is eat fewer calories than you take in. Your body will burn the excess fat stores that are in your body without any problems. But doing this alone without exercise is not healthy or recommended. There are lots of things you can do to help you “exercise” that don’t take a lot of effort, such as walking around every day. I’m sure when the baby gets old enough being able to take the baby around in a stroller would be fun and enjoyable for the baby to get around and see and experience different things.
