
What i ate today…IS this a healthy diet plan to lose weight??? also is punjabi food saag good for you, & why?
morning – brown flakes
lunch- half a veggie wrap thing with salad on the siide
dinner- punjabi saag and salad
snack – fruit like grapes or peach…
is this good to lose weight
IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULD ADD (besides exercise) OR REMOVE TO help me lose weight?

Do not eat too much fruits. They are loaded with sugars. My dr told me to not overload on them even though in other ares they can be good for you. Drink lots of water. water will help flush toxins and fat. It will keep you feeling fuller so you will eat less. I am not sure what punjabi saag is, but salads are good, but you will want to watch your dressing, that can be fattening. Maybe for a snack you can use veggies instead of fruit. Maybe have oatmeal since that will give you fiber, which helps to flush stuff out as well. Also, eating right is just part of losing weight, you have to exercise, there is no way getting around that if you want to lose weight. You do not have to do hard and long workouts, but you do have to workout everyday…but if you cannot everyday then 5 days of the week. Some people will say 7 days is too much, but if you ask your dr, they will tell you when you want to lose weight and keep it off, you have to workout everyday. Stay focused and you will be able to do it. YOu should try and change up your meal plan too if not you will get bored of eating the same ole thing everyday and then you might quit.
