
How to loose fat and build muscle?
i heard that if you do sit ups or lift weights you wont loose weight on that part of your body. You have to loose fat all over your body. Is this true? Also I haven’t been feeling well lately, so i haven’t eat much (snacks). i havnt had breakfast for 3 days, dinner for 2 days, ( but im having beef stew today, not sure i’ll eat it all), and have been living on oranges and bananas. What will this diet do? Will i loose fat or will i have to excercise aswell in order to?
In order to loose weight and build muscle you shouln’t skip breakfeast, thats what keeps you going for the whole day, and don’t skip dinner eather, Skipping meals is really bad for you becuase your body will store your food from your other meals because it will think that you might not get food for a long time and the food it stores turns into fat. So you should eat somtehing small every three to four hrs, include calcuim and fiber in your diet. Also exercising regularly will help you loose wight and build muscle, try doing cardio, it really get you moving around and then lifting wights to build muscle…
