Out there somewhere must be an easy way to lose weight that will not require sweating, pain and hunger. I must say the best way to lose weight for me has been to buy a nice looking tight jeans that I must put on and I then get out and get the fastest way to lose weight which is weight lifting and cardio. For me the two have been the best way to lose weight. Weight lifting and running daily have been really an easy way to lose weight, since I really want the jeans to fit me and I get to work so hard to shed off the fat. When I have such a goal, I do not feel the pain or want to grab donuts, I want to feel good fitting in the new pants and I will do anything to get them through the thighs, a new trick and an easy way to lose weight.
