
What would be the best way for me to loose weight i want to loose 100 lbs. in a year.?
I am 18 yrs. old & i just started college. I have always been the BIG girl & i am tired of it. Right now i am 5′5 and 220 lbs. not the mot appealing thing. i am so disgusted with myself, i just want to be able to look at myself and feel pretty & love myself. i don’t really like veggies but i am willing to do anything to loose the weight. also any exercise, diet suggestions, quick tips to loose weight, or workouts would be helpful thanks. <3
There’s some pretty good advice here already, but be careful not to set your calories too low right off the bat. You want to aim for 2 lbs per week. However, you will probably lose more initially. At some point you will stall and will need to do something different: increase work (cardio, weights) or decrease cals.
Good luck. And, frankly, it’s nice to see someone with a realistic goal for a change and not someone who wants to drop 30 lbs in the next three weeks.
