Ina addition make sure you eat plenty of fiber in your diet. With fiber you will be able to eliminate more and more thus giving your stomach the appearance of a flat stomach.

These are three simple things that you should include in your diet or exercise program that will help you lose stomach fat. Be warned, most people who try to lose fat around the stomach, end up giving up before their achieved goal. It is important that you have a good foundation.
