How to lose belly fat has been the one thing that make me stick with my self made exercise program. I found out that the best way to lose lower belly fat is to target the fat in the abs. Many diets and exercsie do not target this stubborn area and thus it becomes a source of frustration fro many.
So what is the best way to lose belly fat?
I have three secrets I like to call belly fat suckers.
Foremost make sure you lift weights, even if you are a woman. Lifting weights work the muscles. This means that you will keep on burning fat even in your sleep.
When lifting weights, practice to have the stomach muscles well contracted to get the six pack abs or something like that. You want to have a flat tummy, it is very important for your health.
Secondly, eat moderate amounts full grains and large amounts of fresh vegeatbles, not fried, processed or overcooked veggies. Such foods are the pillars which add fiber in your stomach. With fiber, you will go to the toilet more often and have an appearance of a flatter tummy. Beside that the fiber is healthy for your general body metabolism.
As you lift weights make sure to eat more protein in your diet to help build the muscles. It is very important that you do not burn the muscles. Proteins will also keep you full for a very long time and reduce cravings thus help you lose weight, burn more stored fat and lose the lower belly fat in the process.
I would like to say these, as a warning. Many people continue to be frustrated with the question how to lose lower belly fat because they do not target the abs in their workout and diets. You can change that, if you add the three points above and more.
