It has been easy for me lose weight and shed off some pounds. However when it comes to losing fat, for example inner thigh or belly fat. It becomes another story. There are many ways that are recommended on how to lose body fat fast. Some like starving, fad diets and pills are detrimental to the body. The best way to lose body fat must be something that is safe to the body and brings long lasting results.
The question is then how to lose fat without harming the body?
I like to call them, fat burning pillars.
The first way to lose fatty fast is to drink plenty of water. Mix your water with apple cider vinegar, it helps to speed the body metabolism and make the body burn stored deposits.
Do your exercises early in the morning before your breakfast. This way the body burns stored fat. After the workout, make sure you stay for one hour before you take breakfast, this way you are making the body continue to burn more and more stored deposits.
Thirdly, make sure you do some serious weight lifting, do not injure the body, however,make sure you lift weight until your arms go spaghetti. This way you will make the muscles burn more and more body fat even in your sleep.
Be warned, it is easy to loose some weight but for you to be fit you must target the fat. Many people have given up because they do not do it right to lose body fat. Do not ignore the three pillars mentioned.
