I am +25% in body fat and I want to get down to 10%.
What exercises will help me lose body fat faster.
I would like to reduce by at least 3-5% a month. Maybe even more.
Also how long would it take me to get to 10% from +25%?
Well, the first month you start exercising would drop the weight faster.
After a certain amount of weight loss, your body gets immune to it and will come to a bit of a stop point.
I would suggest running, fast walking, cardio exercises.
The best exercise to lose weight and burn fat evenly is swimming.
It burns a lot of calories.
It would take a while before you get down to 10%.
I would also suggest do some weights so your fat can turn into muscles.
