how to increase metabolism?

I eat pretty healthy, but because of my busy schedule I am unable to exercise at the gym more than twice a week. Is there some kind of dietary supplement that will increase my metabolism?

I eat about 6 sandwiches/paninis a day, and have only one regular sized meal, usually dinner. Eat twice in the morning, cereal/sandwiches, three or four times during the afternoon, break for a couple of hours before dinner, and a couple of hours after, have a small sandwich 2-3 hours before bed and then nothing else, as eating 2-3 hours before sleep will mean that energy is converted into fat and stored during your sleep sycle.
Don’t take suppplements, they are expensive and generally useless unless they are vitamins.
