I have had issues with my body, especially added body fat. See, I have had three kids, beautiful girls, they added joy in my life and fat in my body. I love the joy, but I have to deal with the fat. After six months of the joy, I am always looking for the best way to burn body fat. I am now happy with my girls and my body. I found out the fastest way to burn body fat.

So what is the quickest way to burn fat?

I like to call it the body fat bluster.

Many people talk of exercise in general. The best form of exercise to burn body fat is weight lifting or weight training. Yes it is important to do cardiovascular exercises, however strength training really targets the fatty tissues and it is fastest way to burn fat.

To make weight lifting or weigh training effective make sure you do the following.

Start with small weights and progress slowly. Eat fat burning foods as you exercsie. Do not starve your body. Be creative and find ways to make weigh lifting fun. Sleep well to give your body tome to heal. Do weigh lifting three to five times in a week. Practice good deep breathing to make sure you burn the fat.

So if you are tired of your body and tired of the diets and exercise. Give weight lifting a shot. You will not regret even if you are a woman, combine it with healthy eating habits and you will be on your way to lose weight.
