foods to eat to lose weight
what foods should i eat to lose some weight?

okay, so im trying to find out a healthy way to eat in order to lose weight!

i am 6ft and i weight about 12 and a half stone – which is a little over weight for my height. i do aerobic exercise as well as yoga and pilates 4 times a week and basically i don’t feel like its doing enough!

sooo can anyone recomend a healthy foods diet that’ll show me some faster results than just exercising.

Eat low-fat / fat-free dairy and light yogurt. Also eat lean meats (turkey, chicken, fish – no skin on any!), fruits, leafy veggies, and WHOLE grains. Peanut butter, though high in fat, is really good and has the healthy fats, but only eat 1-2 Tbsp. a day.

There are alot of light and sugar-free ice creams and puddings you can have as a snack. Smoothies are the best!
