- Combine cardiovascular workouts and weigh lifting for maximum results.
- Have a good night sleep to rest the body.
Finally in addition you can have a one day fast.
- The fast normally breaks the spell and lets your body start burning fat.
- Consult with your doctor before a fast. A juice or water fast is very easy to carry out.
