What are the best exercises to lose stomach fat?
I have tried the stomach crunches, sit ups and all the other traditional forms of stomach exercises but they did not work for me. Foremost they were so painful and in addition they worked for some time to give me a flat belly but when I lapsed on my workout my big belly came back. I have learned to use contemporary methods.
So what are some of the contemporary exercises to lose stomach fat?
One of the best exercise to lose belly fat is weight training. Though this is feared by most women that it will make them muscular, it actually works best.

If you are busy you may want to consider some of the contemporary machines on the market that work the abs. A good example is the ab circle pro that targets your core area around the stomach.
So you can see that they are many ways on how to lose fat around the stomach area with plenty of exercises to lose stomach fat that you can use.
However be warned, many people who start out with exercises to lose stomach fat do not achieve a flat tummy. This is because they do not exactly target the stubborn stomach fat.
