Best way to exercise for weight loss?

I am too poor for the gym, and was wondering what are the most effective way to lose those pounds?

Walking (fast), aerobics, jogging, running (30-40 minutes everyday), biking (20 mph for 1 hour, no coasting). Combine that with a 1200 calorie a day eating plan and you should be seeing roughly a 1-2 pound a week weight loss. You don’t need money to be fit….good luck
