What are some easy ways to lose some weight?

Can you tell me different exercises to lose weight around different areas of your body, e.g- legs, arms etc?

Find a calorie counter online. Figure out how much you should consume in calories to be your ideal weight. Eat that many calories, and exercise.

You won’t lose weight by dieting, or taking supplements, or anything goofy like that. Get a gym membership, eat healthy (not necessarily less), and stay happy. You’ll shed weight if you are in fact overweight.
