
What is the easiest way to lose weight – quickly ?
Trying to lose weight before my birthday (february) and i need to know the quickest and easiest way!

It’s far better to lose weight slowly and permanently. 1 lb a week adds up to nearly 4 stone in a year.
If you try to lose weight too quickly, your weight will start to yo-yo, which is bad for your health (it puts too much strain on the heart). You will also experience hunger and craving which is very difficult to cope with.
