Hi, the 1st thing I did to lose 50 lbs was to not eat butter, chips, fried foods.Eat lots of chicken without the skin preferably the breast and fish baked with lots of veggies.You can eat tons of chicken and fish the healthy way any lose weight.Oh, and drink water not sodas or juice.Your body only needs water.Eat whole grain cereal with skim milk every morning to boost you matab.And ride a bicycle or run.
