
any one got any good diet tips for looseing weight quickly?
when i say diet tips a mean what foods r realli gd to stick to and stuff am not looking to loose rapids really quickly ruffly 5lb a week till a loose a stone .. thnx for all answers n advice
If you lose it quick, you’ll put it back on quick! Try to change your eating habits as if you feel you’re depriving yourself totally you won’t be able to stick at it. And DON’T stop eating – your body thinks it’s a famine and turns ALL food into fat stores. Try to cut out fatty and sugary snacks and supplement with fruit, vegetables or slow release foods that make you feel fuller for longer. You also need to exercise more, and if you feel like snacking have a drink of water. Lots of people confuse thirst for hunger – sounds daft but it’s true! Unless you need to lose loads of weight, 5lbs in a week is not realistic – sorry!
