
i want to lose weight. i use cycling exercise machine and burn 1500 calories a day. will it worth to lose wt.?
i am 145cm in height and weigh 56kgs
i terribly want to lose 6kgs within 4 months
On average you can lose about 400gms a week, 4months is 16 weeks…..16×4= 6.4kilos….no need to burn 1500cals a day, you only need to burn 3500cals a week …..which equals a loss of 1 pound which is roughly 400gms and is do-able.
