Welcome, this is yet another post in my ongoing series of my six week weight loss program. This is week five and here I will combine all the strategies together to offer you a quick weight loss strategy. In summary we have been through the following steps.

Wk1 how to lose weight in six weeks-the plan

Wk 2 Breakfast smoothie to reduce cravings and help lose weight.

Wk 3 Intensive cardio workout to help body burn fat and lose weight fast.

Wk4 Weight lifting for continuous weight loss.

In week 5 I want to combine week two to week four together into a daily schedule.

If you follow my strategies, then I suggest that you do the exercise in the morning for two very practical reasons. You will burn more fat, since you do the exercise before eating, you are using stored fat and in addition doing the exercises in the morning makes you get it out of your mind and over with. You will feel more energized and feel good that you have taken care of YOU before you take care of others, and this is a good thing.

So here is the plan.

Waking up and drinking your water, warm water, add some lemon if you feel like it. Getting out of the door and doing a good running or walking for thirty minutes, sweat, sweat and sweat.

Then in reference to weight loss with weight lifting in week three. Do some weight lifting for another twenty minutes. Make sure the arms get spaghetti to continue burning fat the whole day.

Drink plenty of fluids and wait for one hour before eating.

Make the super duper weight loss-reduce cravings breakfast smoothie and drink before you take your coffee or tea. Avoid all sugar filled, empty calorie, mystery stuff, like doughnut and soda. If you must have something sweet, the try dried fruits or orange juice.

This is how I was able to lose weight in six weeks. Weight loss is an honor to your body and your body will love you for giving that honor.

fat loss for all of us ( I do not like their use of the word idiots, so I replaced it with all of us, but they are good)

If you feel you have no physical support from friends and family, then online forums are the best places to be.

Know that once you get rid of the sugars and replace them with food suggestions I have in week one, then you are on the right track to losing weight fast.
