How can I loose 20lbs of weight? The best way, I know and use to lose 20lbs. I wake up at six in the morning. I get out and go for a run or a brisk walk for thirty minutes. I also add in weight lifting three times in a week. I use dumb bells. After the exercise I do not eat my breakfast immediately, I stay for one hour, I let my body use stored fat, burn it to supply my energy. I then eat a very heavy breakfast which is a super smoothie consisting of, yogurt, berries, Oj and apple cider vinegar(helps to burn fat). I also eat eat more fruits and veggies and add flax seeds for fiber. I drink lots of water during the day. If you do this in six weeks you will lose weight, you will lose 20lbs weight and even more  I promise you.

As the new year starts it is the best time to make some weight loss goals and what better time to get some weight loss tips out. I have gathered some quick weigh loss tips that anyone can use and they are not free, not expensive. I am stay at home mu who has battled weight gain after my three pregnancies.

To get the best out of your weight loss and achieve some fast weight loss results you do not need expensive weight loss pills or get into diets that you cannot continue with for three months.

Here are my three quick weight loss tips that I use every year.

Get some knowledge about weight loss. This is the way I started. I went to the library and borrowed some books on weight loss tips and fast weight loss methods. It is also good to have a book on weight loss recipes too. You can check out my recommended collection of weight loss books from amazon here.

Secondly write down your goals post them  where you can see. It helps to keep your quick weight loss goals in view. It makes you take them seriously.

Thirdly incorporate exercise into your daily plan. If exercise is not part of your daily activities then it will be hard to achieve your goals. For example, you can walk as you meditate or listen to a song. You can ride your bike to the shopping center for groceries, have a long walk during your lunch break. Pass through a gym for thirty minute work out before heading home. Exercise the first thing in the morning if you can.

Incorporating exercise into my schedule was one of the best things that I did and it did help me get some quick weight loss results.
