Are you a stay at home mum with your hands full and you want to lose belly fat. Rather than paying for a gym membership that you will not use, there are many exercises that you can do in your home to reduce your belly fat. And you do not need very expensive for that.

Let us look at some of the reasons why you should strive to lose belly fat.

You will need the following, a good exercise/stretching mat mat, stability ball, tension bands and hand weights. Those are some of the basic equipments necessary for a home belly workout.

Using your exercise mat you can do the traditions sit ups and stomach crunches. These are exercises that you can do the first thing in the morning when you wake up. You can also do ten sit ups and ten crunches when the kids are taking a nap. These exercises will not take much of your time and you can do them at anytime of the day, even when the children are playing. The mat is also perfect for stretching before using the other equipments and after the exercises.

The stability ball offers a complete abdominal strengthening routine. They can be used for complete crunches, reverse crunches and even push ups. The balls need some learning time to get used to them but they are worth it for a stay at home mum. Instead of the traditional sit ups, use the ball for 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening.

The next piece of equipment is the resistance bands. They are used to create force and strengthen in the whole body. When used they can strengthen the sagging ab muscles. They may be hard to adjust to the first few days but once you are used to them them it is a breeze. If you combine the resistance bands and the stability ball and do ten minutes of each morning and evening, after six weeks you may start to lose some belly fat. However it depends on individuals and how they use the equipments. The resistance bands are pretty cheap and they also come with workout planners and workout videos that you can use.

Finally use the hand weights for simple weight lifting at home. Weight lifting will make you burn fat for a very long time, so make sure you incorporate it in your exercise plan. You do not have to us the hand weight daily though.

The most important thing as a stay at home mum is to make use of these exercise times as a personal time, time for you. When you exercise to try and lose belly fat it is an honor to your body. The mentioned home exercises will not add to your busy life. If you plan them well, they will make you feel and look better.

I started running again.  I was breast feeding I stopped and now I have the freedom to go out and run, give honor to my body, to lose weight. It is painful very painful at the moment, since my muscles are just getting used to running again. But I cannot stop. why? Stay with me here it is for your benefit too.

I hate being fat.

I hate having to deal with extra fat on my belly, huge thighs are not fun for me. I want to keep fit, look slenedr and feel light.

There are many instances in my life when I have been overweight.

    • In my first year in college I was around 70 pounds overweight.
    • After the birth of my second child I was around 100 pounds overweight.
    • Now I am about fifty pounds overweight.

      I want to lose the fifty pounds fast.

      I know the inconveniences of being fat. If you do not know here are some of the reasons why you may want to lose the fat fast.

      I want my jeans to fit. You know how hard it is to fit jeans when you have some bulging heaps. It is a lot of work then you have to  walk around like a sausage. I do not like that. To make matter worse, sometimes your heaps are in reverse proportion to the waist.

      So you end up with a situation where your hips are a size 18 and waist is a size 16. Now you have jeans that are so wide in the waist area, you literally need a string to tie it in place. Then you may end up wanting to put on a maternity pant, since they have an elastic waist band. This is a real inconvenience.

      The second nasty thing about being overweight and wanting to lose the weight fast is the stomach fat. Stomach fat is nasty. You try to put on a nice looking dress or a top and there you have your top pulled up looking out of shape and the whole beauty of the dress just do not show.

      I do not like belly fat. The one thing with it is that it is very stubborn. It has to show and it does not go away even when you exercise.

      Thirdly being fat leads to some bruises. I did not know this until I got so huge in college. One day I was walking to visit my aunt. I was so bruised between the thighs. That night I was applying Vaseline to heal the bruises and swearing to lose the weight and never be fat again.  I said to hell with being fat, I must shed the fat. I cannot  add on pounds just  to have wounds.

      Just as critical it is to lose stomach fat, you also want to lose thigh fat.

      I am from a culture where being huge, fat even obese is considered being rich. Whenever I  try to lose weight my mum goes ballistic. The other year I went back looking so fit on my 5″6 frame, my mum was convinced beyond any reasonable doubt that I was either sick or my husband was torturing me.

      Well to be safe and stay away from obesity and diabetes, the fat grand twins, you have to keep fit. Exercise is really and honor to the body. In addition, apart from having a heavy breakfast, the other meals should be small just to reduce hunger not to fill you up to the brink of death.

      Every morning when I go out to exercise it is a pain running around and I feel like giving up. But I love the good feeling after the exercise, it is worth the pain, it makes me go out daily even on Sunday.

      I have had issues with my body, especially added body fat. See, I have had three kids, beautiful girls, they added joy in my life and fat in my body. I love the joy, but I have to deal with the fat. After six months of the joy, I am always looking for the best way to burn body fat. I am now happy with my girls and my body.       So what is the quickest way to burn fat?

      I like to call it the body fat bluster.

      Many people talk of exercise in general. The best form of exercise to burn body fat is weight lifting or weight training. Yes it is important to do cardiovascular exercises, however strength training really targets the fatty tissues and it is fastest way to burn fat.

      To make weight lifting or weigh training effective make sure you do the following.

      Start with small weights and progress slowly. Eat fat burning foods as you exercsie. Do not starve your body. Be creative and find ways to make weigh lifting fun. Sleep well to give your body tome to heal. Do weigh lifting three to five times in a week. Practice good deep breathing to make sure you burn the fat.

      So if you are tired of your body and tired of the diets and exercise. Give weight lifting a shot. You will not regret even if you are a woman, combine it with healthy eating habits and you will be on your way to lose weight.

      What is the best way on how to lose fat around the stomach?

      I do not know about you, but it took me a very long time to find out how to lose stomach fat. For some reason the fat around my midsection would not just go away. I tried the sit ups and crunches and they worked, but only for a time. In addition they were too painful for me to bear.

      So what is the best way on how to lose fat around the stomach?

      I call them belly fat busters.

      The best way to burn stomach fat and lose fat in general is weight lifting or weight training. Weight lifting makes the muscles burn stored fat and the burning goes on even when you have stopped the exercises.

      To burn stomach fat, make sure you do weight lifting three to five times in a week. If you are also trying to lose weight, combine this with your other wight loss activities like running or jogging.

      Make sure, you practice good deep breathing techniques to help burn that deep fat around the belly area. In addition do the lifting with the tummy muscles contracted, this way you will train your stomach muscles to tighten always.

      Secondly drink more and more water. Water helps to facilitate fat burning in the body. To make your water more powerful, add in apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is known to speed up body metabolism and thus help you burn stomach fat.

      Finally eat more fiber. Fiber will make you eliminate more and thus give the stomach a flat appearance. Fiber also helps to keep you full for a very long time, thus reducing calorie intake. Foods full with fiber include, whole grains, fresh vegetables and beans.

      Be warned, most people who start out to lose fat around stomach do not achieve their goal. Why, because they do not target the fat around the belly area. In addition to healthy eating and other exercise, make sure you pay attention to the three mentioned points.

      Developing a weight loss plan for yourself is one of the best ways to start the process of losing weight.       Other than physical appearance I have been affected by being overweight. In that regard, I have always wanted to know how to lose weight fast. Most of the diets and pills touted to help you lose weight are sometimes detrimental to the body. This is why even though I want to know how to lose weight quickly, I also want to be safe.

      I like to call them the concrete foundations of weight loss.

      Fourth, consume more fibers. Fibers will make you full sooner and stay in the tummy longer, slowing down the rate of digestion. Whole grain bread, whole grain pasta and whole grain rice, vegetables and lentils are good fiber choices.

      Fifth,keep away from fried foods. They contain large amounts of unhealthy fat. Eat grilled or steamed food. Fried food will slow down your weight loss goals, as they keep on piling the fat.

      Sixth: Takes lots of water. Drink at least six to eight glasses of water a day. It helps to burn more calories if you are hydrated.

      To achieve the best results, start your workout with some cardio for 15 minutes and then lift weight for another 15 minutes. Make sure to gradually increase the weights in relation to what you can handle.
