
How does this meal plan sound to lose weight?
I’m trying to lose weight, how does this meal plan sound?
Tuna w/mayo
Wheat bread
carrots
green apples
chicken & turkey (sandwich meat)
pineapple
broccoli
I usually eat only once a day. I go to school from 8 to noon then work from two to 10. I only get a 15 minute break while at work.
sounds fine but nyou need to excercise properly. plenty of cardio excercise. you shouldnt really change your food as it messes with your metabolism, if you go back to eating the food you used to eat your body will find it harder to process it. but if you keep eating as normal your body is used to it and all you need is the right amount of proper excercise
