Hello, I am in need of some advice(help).I am 18 years Old 5′3 1/2 and I am currently 151, and I am trying to figure this thing out! I believe I am need of a good plan to eat & excercise. I currently go to college.That is another reason why I want to lose this weight b4 my sophmore year.PPl say I don’t carry the weight bad I actually carry it good.Family says toning and eating right. My goal weight is to be 130 toned tight and a nice round booty By May 1st I have a gym that is full of different stuff If someone could help me make a schedule and a eating time and what to eat or advice on that this would be great.Summer time I am trying to get this last bit of weight of off me I am tired of it.If you can leave all negative comments out.That would help straight maturity.Please &Thx!

And here was my best answer to the question.

Weight lifting, that is what helped me with belly fat after trying all the other painful methods. Thirty minutes cardio and thirty minutes weight lifting early in the morning one hour before breakfast and within six weeks you will have lost weight about thirty pounds. That was my experience, I hope it helps.
