What are the best ways to lose weight naturally?

Okay, well…lately I have been really letting my weight get to me. I have tried to view myself as a great person no matter what, but I still seem to feel sad about it. I’m 15, about 5 foot 2, female, and my weight is somewhere around 185 pounds. I have heavy bones so I don’t exactly look like 185 pounds…I probably look more like 170, but none the less I am still obese. I really don’t eat much sugar. Within the last month or so I have been trying to stick to 10 grams of sugar or less a day, and exercised maybe a half an hour a day (better than nothing I guess) which I thought was a good way to start, but I haven’t seen any results and I am resenting all of this extra baggage because I would really like to be able to fit back into the juniors section of clothes, and I don’t want to get diabetes or be at risk for medical conditions any more. Any advice would be very appreciated :)

im a really bad asthmatic and i always get sic easily and i want to know how i can lose weight easy and fast without starting up my asthma.. but i cant move all that much. :( even though i want to, i cant and im 14 and weigh probably 145 :( i always feel fat and i just want to lose weight easy fast and healthy.. so please if you can give me suggestions:(
