I thought that it was crazy to fast for days to try and lose weight ( I try some fasting thought to cleanse the body and help accelerate my weight loss, but not to use it to lose weight ), but my oh my, there are other better crazy ways. In Hongkong, people are eating worm eggs to try and lose weight. There are diet products being hawked in Hongkong that look so gross and one of the major component in there are worms. GROSS.
