I started running again.  I was breast feeding I stopped and now I have the freedom to go out and run, give honor to my body, to lose weight. It is painful very painful at the moment, since my muscles are just getting used to running again. But I cannot stop. why? Stay with me here it is for your benefit too.

I hate being fat.

I hate having to deal with extra fat on my belly, huge thighs are not fun for me. I want to keep fit, look slenedr and feel light.

There are many instances in my life when I have been overweight.

    • In my first year in college I was around 70 pounds overweight.
    • After the birth of my second child I was around 100 pounds overweight.
    • Now I am about fifty pounds overweight.

      I want to lose the fifty pounds fast.

      I know the inconveniences of being fat. If you do not know here are some of the reasons why you may want to lose the fat fast.

      I want my jeans to fit. You know how hard it is to fit jeans when you have some bulging heaps. It is a lot of work then you have to  walk around like a sausage. I do not like that. To make matter worse, sometimes your heaps are in reverse proportion to the waist.

      So you end up with a situation where your hips are a size 18 and waist is a size 16. Now you have jeans that are so wide in the waist area, you literally need a string to tie it in place. Then you may end up wanting to put on a maternity pant, since they have an elastic waist band. This is a real inconvenience.

      The second nasty thing about being overweight and wanting to lose the weight fast is the stomach fat. Stomach fat is nasty. You try to put on a nice looking dress or a top and there you have your top pulled up looking out of shape and the whole beauty of the dress just do not show.

      I do not like belly fat. The one thing with it is that it is very stubborn. It has to show and it does not go away even when you exercise.

      You must super target the area so well to make you lose the stomach fat. Here are some ways on How to lose stomach fat fast.

      Thirdly being fat leads to some bruises. I did not know this until I got so huge in college. One day I was walking to visit my aunt. I was so bruised between the thighs. That night I was applying Vaseline to heal the bruises and swearing to lose the weight and never be fat again.  I said to hell with being fat, I must shed the fat. I cannot  add on pounds just  to have wounds.

      Just as critical it is to lose stomach fat, you also want to lose thigh fat.

      I am from a culture where being huge, fat even obese is considered being rich. Whenever I  try to lose weight my mum goes ballistic. The other year I went back looking so fit on my 5″6 frame, my mum was convinced beyond any reasonable doubt that I was either sick or my husband was torturing me.

      Well to be safe and stay away from obesity and diabetes, the fat grand twins, you have to keep fit. Exercise is really and honor to the body. In addition, apart from having a heavy breakfast, the other meals should be small just to reduce hunger not to fill you up to the brink of death.

      Every morning when I go out to exercise it is a pain running around and I feel like giving up. But I love the good feeling after the exercise, it is worth the pain, it makes me go out daily even on Sunday.

      The following are some benefits of exercsie.

      • Reduces stress hormones in the body.
      • More oxygen to the lungs.
      • Reduce excess fat.
      • Enjoying nature if you run outside-this is the best way.
      • Makes you active and strong.

      What is the best exercise to burn body fat?

      Tow years ago I was about 100 pounds overweight after the births of my second child. That was frustrating. I got tired and started on my quest to find out How to burn body fat. I was able to lose 40 pounds in six weeks.

      So what is the best exercise and the fastest way to burn body fat and lose 20 pounds?

      I call it the fat blaster.

      Combination of exercises that target the fatty tissues is one of the quickest way to burn body fat. The best two exercises are high intensive cardiovascular and weight lifting. Most people know these two exercises but they do not do them well and they do them at the wrong time.

      To lose 20 pounds here are the major points to consider when doing cardio and weight lifting.

      • Exercise the first thing in the morning before you eat anything. This is what you do. Wake up and boil some water, let it cool and drink one glass of the boiled water.
      • Secondly get some cardio workout for 20 minutes, after you have stretched. Make sure the running, walking or jogging is intensive to make you sweat. You want to trick the body to burn fat.
      • Do some weigh lifting for the next 15 minutes. Lift the weights till you cannot do it anymore. You want the muscles to continue burning fat even when you have stopped the exercises.
      • In addition eat fat burning foods.
      • Have a good amounts of sleep to let the body heal.
      • Reduce drastically the amount of soft drinks and other junk foods. Instead drink plenty of water.
      • Finally the good old advice, eat a heavy healthy breakfast, it reduces cravings and keep you alert to achieve your goals.

      So there you have it the best form of exercise to burn body fat. However be warned most people who start out to burn fat and lose weight are still overweight even now. Do not be on of them.

      I’m 14, and i took some body fat tests online. The first one said I had about 3%, the other one said i had about 7-8%, and the last one said I had -6% (if that’s possible rofl.)
