What is the difference between calories from fat and calories?
I am confused on which are good for you and not when counting calories. For example, I was looking on a box of Penne Rigate Pasta, and on the nutrition label it said 210 calories, and 10 calories from fat. Is that good or bad. Or do I count cholestrohol or carbs? I’m confused. Please help!
Calories from fat are the amount of calories in a food that come from the fat. So 10 calories from fat means there isn’t that much fat in it. As for cholestrohol, I’m not exactly sure the exact number but I think it’s like 2100 mgs a week. And as long as you don’t eat or drink sugary things and cut down on junk food you shouldn’t have to worry about carbs.
