Running— burned calories??

Hey, I have been Working out 2 hours some yoga some core workouts and a workout routine that dancers do go into that, sometimes over 2 hours….. I do that everyday and I run everyday, I am trying to keep track of calories and so far I am at 1010 but that doesn’t count the calories I have burned from workouts and Jog/Walk/Run if I do those Jogging most the way for 45 minutes how many calories did I burn, I run where there are hills and inclines, I really need help so thanks in Advance for the answers! : )

Running, walking and jogging all take about 100 calories per mile for a 150 pound person. A 100 pound person takes about 2/3’s of that while a 300 pound person takes about twice that. Going uphill and downhill tend to offset each other with going uphill needing more calories and going downhill needing fewer.

Going faster basically means you burn those calories faster and you have more time to burn calories doing something else. If you walk, you’ll use about the same amount of energy covering the distance but then there we be less time to do something else that burns calories. So overall the faster you go, the more calories you burn.
