If i’m eating just enough to feed my muscles(1300 calories/day), should I have much waste?

Also, when i’m exercising, is my body burning off fat/stored sugars at first, or the food that i’m ingesting?

Your body usually burns off the stored sugars fat first. Also, I don’t think you’d have much waste if you’re using up all the calories you’re intaking.
